Regenerative Operations Manager

Elnaz Mostaan brings an interdisciplinary blend of structural engineering, agile project coordination, and community-focused practice to Living Future Europe as Regenerative Operations Manager. Holding a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Architectural and Cultural Heritage, she combines a technical foundation in adaptive reuse with extensive experience optimizing workflows for distributed teams. Her commitment to ecological restoration is rooted in her operational background in the environmental sector, where she supported soil regeneration initiatives. Blending systemic efficiency with human-centric methodologies, Elnaz integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles and interactive theater techniques to cultivate equitable, collaborative, and thriving organizational environments.
