After the event Scotland last March, this new one will be hosted by Babled Design in a lovely location in the heart of the capital of Portugal.
Doors open at 6.15 pm for refreshments by Vino Vero and Conserveira de Lisboa, and the talk starts at 7.15 pm sharp.

The speakers will examine new techniques for the responsible use of traditional materials and explore how ideas of sustainability and regenerative design are changing the cultural sector. They will also discuss what new skills designers need to develop in order to address the current environmental social and economic crisis, and to help engage citizens into action.
The topics will be discussed by Carlo Battisti, President of Living Future Europe, Kavita Parmar, co-founder of XTANT, and David Regales from Humanscale, moderated by design journalist Veerle Devos. This talk will be held in English.
Emmanuel Babled Studio consists of a pan-European team and production, that collaborates with numerous European craft districts and leads to a worldwide visibility. Driven by anthropological interest and physical presence, it integrates observation of materials and techniques in their authentic surroundings committed to places and social conditions.
